# Placing Orders / Requesting Drivers

**To request a driver for a new order, follow these simple steps:**

1. Go to the ["Live Tracking" page](https://merchant.armadadelivery.com/live)
2. Click on "new order"

3. Input order details

4. Submit the delivery address

| A driver will be assigned within moments. If you do not have credit, you will be redirected to the TopUp page.
